The Stepping Pace is a gait that is lateral, which sits between rack and pace on the Gait Chart.
Some stepping paces are closer to pace; some are more broken in their timing and may be closer to a saddle rack.
Some stepping paces are very comfortable to ride; some are very jarring, throwing the rider from side to side.
